Terms
The short version: you're buying a short web link that sends your guests to your wedding website for the time you paid for.
Who you're dealing with
Our trading name and address will appear here before we take any orders. Email hello@thisisourwedding.co.uk.
What you get
- Your chosen link (for example thisisourwedding.co.uk/samandalex) redirecting to a web address you choose, for 12 months from purchase or until 3 months after your wedding date, depending on the option you pick.
- Changes to the destination at any time, and free QR codes.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken in full by Stripe when you order. The link goes live as soon as payment is confirmed.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Just email us. Your link stops working when we refund. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Acceptable use
Your link must point to a lawful website about your wedding or celebration. We may disable a link immediately, without refund, if it is used for phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, hateful or illegal content, or if a safety service flags its destination. We check destinations with Google's safety service when they are set and regularly afterwards. We may decline names that are offensive or could be mistaken for another organisation.
Availability
We work hard to keep links running, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. If your link is unavailable for a significant time through our fault, contact us and we'll put it right or refund a fair share.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. We're not responsible for the content of websites your link points to.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
